The Council of Labor Affairs (CLA) is restructured as the "Ministry of Labor (MOL)" on February 17, 2014. Meanwhile, the Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training, originally dealing with the relevant affairs regarding the review and approval of foreign professionals engaging in professional or technical work, is also restructured as the "Workforce Development Agency (WDA)." The application of work permit for hiring foreign professionals shall be sent to "10F, No.39, Sec. 1, Zhonghua Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei City 100, Taiwan (R.O.C.)" following the restructure.
