Maxine started to practice law since 1992. She has intensively involved in intellectual property related matters, licensing, technology transfer, technology development as well as protection, infringement litigation, and enforcement. She also handles a variety of client counseling on management policies, employee training, labor, unfair competition, anti-trust, regulatory compliance, and risk clearance.

Maxine has substantial experience in cross-border transactions, joint-ventures, mergers and acquisitions. She also assists with a variety of arbitration, mediation and disputes resolutions, including cooperating with foreign counsels and participating in trial. Her clients cover leading multinational companies in various industries, including:
